I am configuring SA at the moment with new profiles. I can add a new profile eg. Profile = Channel 4; Criteria = Filename contains channel 4. If i edit the profile it removes the 4 of the end.
It did it with another profile i had set up as BBC ONE after i edited it it changed to BBC.

I have spotted some more bugs, when i can reporduce them i'll let you know.
