I am running as administrator.

On my two systems ShowAnalyzer and SchoolHouse appear to be using the current directory as the path for the "mode.status" file. I got the file off the desktop by setting the program shortcut properties "Start in:" to "C:\Program Files\Dragon Global\ShowAnalyzer" .. original setting was blank.

I also added a

cd "C:\Program Files\Dragon Global\ShowAnalyzer"

line to gbpvr's PostProcessing.bat file before calling ShowAnalyzer.
