Default .780 Some files take an unusually long time to process

I've been running .780 for several days now and for the most part it seems to be behaving itself. The strangest weirdness that I'm noticing now is that some shows appear to take an unusually long time to process. For example, I record the evening news in Media Center in .wtv format (Windows 7 64 bit) and most 30 minute recordings of the news and other shows are now taking from 6 to 14 minutes to process on my box. But some recordings of the same programming on another night are taking magnitudes longer; around 50 minutes to process.

At first I thought that it might be that my PC is busy, but when I look at the logs it's being analyzed at 2:00 in the morning when nothing else is happening on the PC. I also re-ran the same show and it came in over 50 minutes on the second run.

I also thought that it might be a particular instance of the show that had weather warnings or some other unusual artifact but the ones that take longer don't appear to be notably different in their content.

So my question is what might be causing some shows to take measurably longer to process?

To help in the evaluation, I'm pushing a copy of one instance that is taking a long time to process up to the FTP site under the folder of 50minutes.

Thanks in advance for any research on this issue. Other than this I'm having great success with the .780 version when evaluating my media center recordings.

Update, I just re-ran an analysis of a file that took a long time in .780, but this time using version .782 and it looks like this issue remains in the newer release.

Default .782 live processing

It looks like the live processing has been fixed. I've let it run all night and it no longer hangs on live .ts H.264 files, great job.

I looked at that recording and there are no show logos, so naturally it will take longer to analyze.
