Can someone explain how triggers work?

All i want DirMon2 to do is call comskip when MCE puts a dvr-ms file in the recorded tv directory. What seems to be happening is that it calls comskip everytime it checks, even though there is a tct file there.

Hope someone would shed some light on this please

just noticed in the log it is deleting the txt file.

Is the condition set correctly for the clean up.
I only want it to delete the txt file when i delete the dvr-ms file.

Well i think i have answered my own question.

In the clean up i was looking for a dvr-mr file, it should have been dvr-ms.

I have been looking for an app like this for some time now. Its great.
