Dirmon2 not recognizing ptl and dne messages (endless loop)

Just got Dirmon2 to use in conjunction with GBPVR and stattik's transcode batch. The transcode batch works beautifully when I drop an mpeg on to it. However, when I try to use Dirmon2 with the settings below including not processing files which are done (as noted with a dne or ptl file present), Dirmon2 does not seem to see them. It tries to reencode files already encoded. It also ends up in endless loops! Would greatly appreciate some help with this.
Also, is the only way to have Dirmon2 run at scheduled times to set it to activate via the Windows Scheduler? Tried the wait until drive idle but that doesn't work very well. Just don't want the computer trying to encode files at end of show while recording a new show.

The way you have your settings, the job will run if a ptl doesn't exist or if a dne doesn't exist. You may want to change that to AND so that the both have to be absent.

Also, DirMon doesn't do clock time runs.

I misread that setting as 'if either ptl or dne exist, then don't try to run the batch file'
