Is there a "Must Not Exist 3" setting ? I am trying to get it to NOT process a file in a folder when there is a .TXT, .MPG and .LOG present.
I was thinking maybe the ignore section may work, but I am not sure how to add the correct REGEX for a .LOG extension. |

It is possible for me to add it. I will more likely just change the triggers to be an addable list like the filters on sourceforge. I don't know HOW I'll do it, but it should make all combinations possible.

That would be great. The problem I am having, I guess is really not DirMon2, is w/IGCutter.
Scenario. My BeyondTV records to a "Videos" folder. As it is recording DirMon2 is watching it, and since a "inprogress.xml" exists, it does nothing. Once the recording is complete it fires off ShowAnalyzer and it works perfect (I regged BTW ![]() Now I was trying to get IGCutter to process mpg in that folder where the smartchapter and txt file exist. No problem. Once IGCutter is finished removing the commercials, I am left with a new _CUT mpg which instantly kicks off a new a ShowAnalyzer. No so good. It ends up becoming a loop. Sadly, IGCutter doesn't support a "target destination" or this would be easy (I've requested this option from them). It does support a custom BAT file which I have setup to delete the original and rename the new to match the old name, BUT, since their programs' "deleteoriginal" also deletes the accompanying smartchapter and txt file, guess what, another loop. Argh. My trick was to have ShowAnalyzer create its LOG file and that is left over when the smartchapter and txt's are deleted. This way I could ignore mpg's where only the mpg and LOG exist. Whew. All this to try and create an automated process to record, detect and remove f'ing commercials. |

Is the filename sent to the custom bat file? If so, you could add the following line to the end:
echo "File already cut" > %~dpn.txt That should recreate a file with a .txt extension so DirMon doesn't hit it up again. Jere
