Default Dirmon - Beyond TV Live files

Dirmon2 is working very well with my Beyond TV recordings. If I watch a program live, it creates a mpg file with the hidden attribute. Dirmon will process this file as others when I exit Beyond TV. Is there any way to prevent this by using the hidden attribute as the key?

I do a work-around by extending the time between Dirmon runs (Beyond TV eventually gets around to deleting them) but was wondering if the "hidden" attribute can be specified. Thanks for the great programs!

Are you saying that DM should or should not process hidden files?

Default Allow detection of hidden attribute

I don't know if there is any way to currently detect whether an mpg file has the hidden attribute. If it does, it would greatly simplify setup when using Dirmon.

Currently when watching Live TV from Beyond TV, it creates hidden files, one for each channel you surf. These files stay hidden until Beyond TV gets around to removing them. Right now, watching different channels causes Dirmon to process these files after they stop growing. These file do not get the hidden attribute removed as it does to recorded files - they are just subsequently deleted. The time to delete seems to depend upon how long Beyond TV is idle.

The bottom line is it would be very nice if Dirmon could detect and execute depending upon the hidden attribute.

I hope this does not sound too confused... Thanks.

Default Hopefully some clarity...

Looking at the above, even I'm a bit confused.

What would be nice is if Dirmon2 had a trigger that could be set so the if a mpg file is hidden, it will not process that file. This would help when using Dirmon with Beyond TV files.

If !Hidden, process else bypass processing.
