Default timeout...

This does not seem to be working as I expect...

I have set it to a short value, but still do not see any affect.

My issue is that it seems SA does not like some of my video files and the process will hang indefinitely requiring me to kill the process.

I assume this timeout would kill any process that goes beyond the timeout period.

It should terminate the process. Is there anything in the activity log? There should be something like: Processor not finished after timout period. Terminating process and moving on...

I have the same issue, and the log shows nothing beyond starting the original process. It seems the timeout never takes effect for me.On another note, what I am trying to solve is video redo hanging because it has an invisible error "OK" prompt. Maybe there is a way around that that someone is aware of?Cory
