Dir2Mon and Dvrmstoolbox

Hello All
This is my first post here.
I have been attempting to get dvrmstoolbox to work using its filewatcher, after several weeks of trying I have given up.
I happened to be on this site and found this util. I was wondering if anyone has an example of how to make this work with dvrmstoolbox?
All I want ot do is cut commercials save as dvrms file and put back in the recorded tv folder.
I got the command line from dvrmstoolbox for processing the entire dirctory, but I dont think that is what I need to do, would that not process every file in the dir everytime a new file shows up?
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
