WinXP SP3 and DVRMSToolbox/Show prob

Hi:
I installed Windows Service Pack 3 recently and have had some recorded TV programs not skip the first 2 or 3 sets of commercials per show. Is there any known problem with an interaction between Windows Service Pack 3 and DVRMSToolbox 1107 and/or Show Analyzer 092232.
Also are we to be receiving emails of updates to either of these programs with the paid subscription to Show Analyzer? Thanks.

It seems to be back to normal, which means sometimes it skips commercials and sometimes it doesn't.
I still have the question about the updates. Thanks
