Issue with Schoolhouse obeying its own settings

Ok I have my score set to require at least a 31 to be called a commercial and my maximum commercial time set for 60 seconds. Now in this clip, it's marking a part of the program with a score of 30 and time of 70 seconds as a commercial. I guess the question is, why?

Because 30 is over the STCT of 10. You would need to raise STCT to 31.

I'll go ahead and try that. What setting was I changing then? It sounded like the CTST was the setting I needed.

You changed the right one, but the two settings interact. If the score is between the two then SA just continues as the previous block indicated.
