I dont understand

are there any explanations of showanalyzer, schoolhouse and their
relationship to DVRMST toolbox...do these programs run dependent on each other...I used DVRMST on a recorded tv program without using
showanalyzer or schoolhouse and it removed commercials...was sa and sh
running in background allowing this...if so, why to i need to run sa and sh at all.....

I used school house and it redlined all commercials ...but what does it do with the output of this scan..does it automatically put it back in same program and folder with info from scan and then I just use same folder to run program with DVRMST?

In your case DVRMSToolbox is running SA in the background so you don't need to worry about it.

When using the Schoolhouse, the outputs that are turned on in SAConfig are automatically saved after it's done.
