What do you do with ShowAnalyzer and SchoolHouse Results

I am a bit lost - I finally got the copy of SchoolHouse ShowAnalyzer to work and it analyzes a file (downloaded from a TiVo).
It detects the adverts and I can see the bars in ShowAnalyzer to that effect.......
but what now. What I want is to export this to a new file and with the advert sections removed. Is this possible and if so how....? There is no save as or export in SHowAnalyzer
