Manual Commercial Identification

Can I manually insert a commercial break using SH? I can run SH fine, but it is not correctly identifying the end of the show (Little Einsteins from The Disney Channel). If not, that would be a wonderful enhancement.

It can not, but the next major version of SA will. It will also use those manual interventions to improve itself! I'm excited about that!

WOW, this is what i have been waiting for. You have hinted at this before. Will you be able to give us any timescales?

I've been working on it, off and on, for about 6 months now. Unfortunately, I've had to start over a few times because the "plan" that I had turned out to be unworkable for various reasons. Typically because one or more things that I want to do, I couldn't do with that "plan" or it would have increased complexity so much as to make it not worthwhile.

That said, my current "plan" is working quite well. I'm investigating adding an extra format or two and that has me at a stand still until I can figure out HOW I'm going to handle them.

The good news is that I should be out of the Navy in a very short time (under 10 days) and then I'll dedicate my time to ShowAnalyzer and a couple other programs that I've been wanting to write (think a photo organizer with facial recognition built in).

Good times are ahead!

With all the time you've put into this, I never would have guessed you are in the Navy. Great job thus far and I'm really, really looking forward to your next release.
