Need some help/advice

SchoolHouse seems to nail the commerical breaks spot on each time, but SA seems to catch the first bit of many commercial breaks.

Not bad mind you, but enough that I want to tweak it, but my question is how do I get SA to use SH settings for an individual show or channel?
