Default Overly Long conversion times

I am having a rather strange issue with ShowAnalyzer 1.0 it seems the shorter the show, the longer the time it takes to process?

(attached is a screen shot of my history)

(Note the fastest analysis was of legend of the seeker *720p* and an hour long)

whereas some shows are taking 4-5 hours to process.
and some it seems to just get stuck on, generaly at around 50% (that file has been going back and forth between 51% - 52% for probably 11 hours)

My System Specs,
Windows 7 Pro
1.6Ghz Intel Atom
2GB DDR2
160GB Sata II

Running no applications other than ShowAnalyzer (No AV installed atmo)

Does anyone have any clue what could be going on here?

I don't have an answer, but I have the same problem. My shows take usually over an hour, and HD shows will take 2-3 hours.

I have a core 2 duo E6300 processor. I have no idea why it's taking so long.

Before I reinstalled W7 to try to combat an annoying 'I don't want to stream anything HD' problem the 360MCE was having with mkv and TS files (which didn't get fixed) show analyzer literally wouldn't even start analyzing a show before I had finished watching it, and it would gobble up at least 85% of the cores. The shows it did analyze took anywhere from 75%-300% of the playback time (so an hour long show would analyze for anywhere from 45 min to 3 hr)... Terrible really, thought a new install would fix the 360MCE and SA1 problems.

W7 x86 build
3GB Ram
C2D E6400
latest build before the offical 1.0 release (780? V1.0 don't even install for me now - missing components?)

Now for an actual working version to be released..

Okay, now thats just plain weird.. there is no way that my Intel Atom should be keeping pace in analysis times against your CPU's
