Default Server crashed - Key Lost

Hello,
I sent a email 2 weeks ago about my reg key being lost due to a server crash..

what do I need to do to get it back?

On your site it say, “If you are a licensed user of ShowAnalyzer Pre1.0 then you have a key for ShowAnalyzer 1.0 waiting on you. Go to Dragon Global - ShowAnalyzer - Retrieve Keys to have it emailed to you.”

When I put my email address into the key retrieval page it says my email address cannot be found. Can you help me?

Please PM me with your Full Name, Country, e-mail address and a copy of your original receipt if you still have it. If you don't have your receipt then please provide the approximate date of your purchase.

I'm also unable to retreive my keys (email not on file), I did send a copy of my invoice to Jere last week, but have not received a reply yet. I just signed up to the forum and do not see any way to send PMs, is that restricted to new users?

I am having the same issue with upgrade key not being emailed (address not found). I have sent Jere the invoice details to get my serial/key upgraded but no response yet. Please setup the PM feature so can send details on - thanks.
