Hi Jere,

I purchased a ShowAnalyzer key back on July 1st and I still haven't received the key. I followed the steps posted in your "Where's my key?" sticky and sent you emails but I haven't heard back from you. I have called the number listed on my PayPal transaction and left a voicemail but still no response.

This has been pretty furstrating to say the least.

I'm not sure if it works for the beta, but I believe it does.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried that but there is no record of my email address in the database and thus no key linked to it. I believe the order wasn't processed correctly which is why I need Jere's help to get it processed. I know the transaction went through as the fee was charged to my credit card.
