Commecial scan does not start automatically

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I have the beta version of Showanalyzer set up. Everything seems to be working except I have to tell it to analyze the recorded tv directory. It queue's the shows but will not start. Autostart appears to be enabled. Also it still won't accept my key without crashing, any news on that? Thanks for the help.
