New to ShowAnalyzer? Start Here - Page 5

OK, have some information. Works fine MPEG-1 Layer 2 audio. Doesn't work with AC3 audio. As my recordings with AC3 audio are of much better quality, I would like to be able use AC3.

This is what I have found. if I open the original mpg in VideoReDo it has an PID of 128. ShowAnalyzer creates a vprj file with a AudioStreamPID value of 129. If I manually edit the vprj file I can get it to work. However, I am creating an automated process and don't want to have manual intervention.

Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? I would like to use ShowAnalyzer, but at the moment only Comskip is working!! Comskip doesn't create any PID entries in the vprj file and lets VideoReDo select its own codec. Is there a setting to make ShowAnalyzer do the same?

When I try to unzip the two .dll decoder files I get an unzipping error for both .dll files. The other files in the zip unzip successfully. I even tried running the zip files as administrator.

Have you tried SAV1 instead? it doesn't have the dependence on the .dll files and does work on .mpg files as well. If you're not interested I'll see what we can do about the .dll file downloads.

Edit: By the way, where did you find the links to the .dll files? I'd like to test them to see if I can figure out their problem.

I just downloaded them and they worked fine for me. What program are you using to unzip them?
