SA stuck in "Scanning..." for ts file from HDHomeRun

I have a 30 minute ts file recorded via a HDHomeRun tuner (qam). SA doesn't crash but it appears to be stuck in a loop in "Scanning...":

I've had some others that I aborted after 8+ hours. I'll upload this one to you unless this is already a known issue.

v0.8.8 works for all of my HDhomerun ts files except one. I'll upload the problem file to you.

0.8.9 is posted and it fixes this.
