![]() Have you noticed how in some cases the timing is all wrong? If not I can send you a dvr-ms clip for which the timing is off. Not that you can fix it, but at least i can confirm that it's not just me... thx |

hi hgor.
The timing is off on both Showanalyzer and the utility? I don't know much about C#. Pretty much I follow sample codes written by a Microsoft guy from http://blogs.msdn.com/toub/archive/2...17/470491.aspx I'd guess either I translate wrong timing or that specific dvr-ms file has problem. Yea if you can send that to me will be nice, is it too big? slowpork at hotmail but to dig in the C# code, I'll need to find a day that I'm free. -SP |

Here is a small DVR-MS Clip on which your utility get all the content of the captions right and SA does not, but SA gets the timing right and your utility does not: http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...es_Clip.dvr-ms Check it out if you can. When you can. I understand this is hobby, get to it when you can. If you want to send me the source guess I could take a look at it. I'm havent got much experience with C# but I can get to it if I find the time. Thx. |

hey Hgor,
From utility, even timing is a little off, it shows all lines. 1 00:00:00,195 --> 00:00:01,498 HEY, ROX. 2 00:00:01,499 --> 00:00:02,398 HEY THERE, HANDSOME. 3 00:00:02,498 --> 00:00:02,999 I THOUGHT YOUR LEAVE WAS OVER. 4 00:00:03,000 --> 00:00:05,701 IT WAS. 5 00:00:05,702 --> 00:00:06,503 BUT THEN I GOT TO THINKING 6 00:00:06,603 --> 00:00:07,004 ONCE I GOT BACK ON POST. 8 00:00:07,102 --> 00:00:10,007 ROXY? ##### and I got from Showanalyzer, (many lines missing) 1 00:00:01,597 --> 00:00:03,032 HEY, ROX. 2 00:00:03,098 --> 00:00:05,718 I THOUGHT YOUR LEAVE WAS OVER. 3 00:00:05,735 --> 00:00:07,102 IT WAS. ######## I report the timing issue on your file to Steven Toub, http://blogs.msdn.com/toub/archive/2...04/385159.aspx I don't think I can fix this, it's too complicated. -SP |
