SA Stops Finding Any Commercials

Strange. As the title says SA (0.9.2) just stopped finding any commercials or breaks in any TV .mpg I record. I use Cox Cable. Is it possible that something has changed from Cox that "masks" the commercials? If I go back to a previously recorded .mpg, SA works fine ... it is just anything new. Thanks. (BTW the SA logs are empty - just the file name of the .mpg is present).

Does SA crash on the files or get stuck? Does it seem to process the entire file? Have you upped the log level? That may provide a more verbose log.

Jere ... SA does not get stuck or crash. It proceeds like normal, processes the entire .mpg. When I open the VideoReDo SA project there are no markers/breaks ... nothing at all. When I open the SA VideoReDo project file there are no entries except the .mpg file name. What do you mean by "have you upped the log level"? I'll attach a project file shortly (it is now recording). Thanks.

Open SAConfig. Under Global->Settings->Miscellaneous->Logging there is a setting called "Verbosity Level". Increasing that number (up to 9) will increase the number of events that create log entries.

Well Jere I don't know what to say. SA just started working again ... after 11 recordings in the last 2 days with no findings at all (on 2 different PCs), it is identifying the commercials and breaks like it always has ...? I apologize for the "wild goose chase" ...
