New user with a few questions

I just started using DTB and SA (the version bundled)

I get probably 95% success as is out-of-the-box but I do get a bit of commercials at each break, FOX seems to be the worst offender.

I have yet to find a good tutorial on how I can tweak settings a bit.

Any help would be appreciated.
