SA Crashing when called from Dirmon

Ever since I purchased the SA key, the program has not worked. That must be a coincidence, I hope. I keep getting the Windows "Application has encoutered a problem" error (see attachment). It does exactly what it is supposed to do, it analyzes the dvr-ms file, it creates the xml file, the comercial skip works in MCE, but it will not proceed to the next file in the Dirmon list until I click "don't send" in the error window. Using 0.9.2. HELP PLEASE.
