SA crashing on R5000-HD HBO-HD recordings

Some of the recordings of movies on HBO seem to crash schoolhouse and SA. I was debugging another problem, which I think I know understand the issue with, and loaded Lethal Weapon 4 into Schoolhouse. As it started to index the video, it stopped, and then the window terminated (I think it crashed), and there was no popup about notifying microsoft and looking for an answer, etc... Same thing happened when running SA on the file directly.

This is under windows server 2003. This is a plain mpeg2 recording in HD, and plays fine on my Sage extender as well as PC clients.

The problem I was trying to figure out was why when I start up dirmon2 after a config change that I get about 80-90 old recordings in the queue, even though they should have been scanned a long time ago. I have about 1600 recordings, so this is a pretty small number, but still it's a problem. I though it was because dirmon wasn't seeing the .edl file, but in checking a few, it looks like no edl file was written for any of them. So dirmon2 is doing it's job, but showanalyzer is not. :-)

I can upload the file, but it's about 9 GB in size and will take quite a while. Is there anything I can do to figure out the issue here? On this file, it seemed to crash before it got through the first GB of video.

Some of the other files that it is crashing on including a bunch of HDhomerun recordings (yes, I am running the latest firmware). One of these is fortunately "this is emily yeung", which is only 124 MB long (it's a PBS kids show, but only 5 mins long).

Is there a known problem here, or should I upload this stuff?
