What's Happening

I just started trying to use ShowAnalyzer, and am trying to remove commercials on a episode of 7th Heaven recoreded on Hallmark channel.

I just accepted defaults and when I try to run the program it goes about half way and then starts over, again and a gain until after about 5 tries the program crashes.

I can't find documentation to tell me what many of the setup parameters mean and how I should set them.

Can you ofeer any guidance?

I am working on the documentation as you read this.

Advice? Any crash is completely unacceptable. Are you willing to send me a copy of the file. I realize it is a big file, but it is the best way for me to find and fix the problem. If you're willing, let me know and I'll send you instructions.

Sure, just tell me how I should send. I don't think I can send as email attachment, unless GMail would allow it. Perhaps you know of some way that I can ftp it.
