Default Add scene markers based on rating logos?

I've noticed that some shows have no black frames between the end of a run of commercials and the return of the show. I haven't tried to tweak the settings, but ShowAnalyzer has missed a number of those transitions.

I do notice, however, that these shows are very consistent in having a TV rating logo (TV PG, TV 14, etc.) show briefly near the beginning of the return of the show. The first few seconds don't have the logo, but then the logo fades in, shows for a few seconds, and fades out.

Would it be possible to detect those logos and record them as scene markers? I don't know if it's feasible or whether it can be folded into commercial detection. But just exporting them as scene markers to .Vprj files would be helpful to speed up later commercial removal using VideoReDo.

Do you mean marking on the rating logo or the channel logo?

The rating logo. I don't know how feasible that is to detect, though it seems to be in the same general top-left area of the frame in the shows I've been recording.
