SA and SchoolHouse

I've searched but I haven't found an answer, and I know this has been asked many times. Just what is the working relationship between SA and SchoolHouse? I used SchoolHouse and it finds (or marks) a bunch of commercials and break points, but when it is done finding them, just what do I do next? How do I take what it found and get it to SA (if that is what I am supposed to do)? I would like to benefit from the SchoolHouse findings but I don't know how. Thanks for any replys, and your patience if this has been answered before ...

Schoolhouse is for adjusting the parameters, so you can see which one works best. Once it is fully loaded, change one of the parameters at the top left and see what it does to the marking of commercials. (Commercials will be red, show green).

You'll need to click on the parameter, make a change and click off of it.
