SA skips off

Periodically I have a show whose SA skips are offset by a second or two throughout the entire show. When it goes to skip over a commercial segment is chops off the last second or two of the show and then jumps to restart a second or two too early. It restarts a second or two from the end of the last commercial.

Hard to explain. Jumps to early and restarts too early. It is not that SA did not process the commcericals correctly. It's just that they are offset a hair.

Sometimes it does it and sometimes not.
