SHOWANALYZER quit Working

I getting an error with my showanalyzer after working with no problem for almost a year. I have gone thru all set-ups mutliple times. I need help/suggestions.

Showanalyzer error

Showanalyzer is not registered and an appropriate decoder cannot be found.
You need to register or install the appropriate decoders.

That's wierd.

Are you comfortable using regedit?

If so, delete the registration key in HKLM\Software\Dragon Global\ShowAnalyzer and then reregister. Your key should still be good. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll email you a new key.

I could not locate the reference key in the registry.

Should I just re-installed.

Re-Register with existing KEY
Everything WORKING AS EXPECTED
