SA won't work via Lifextender

Hi!

I think SA is a great product, and was successfully using the free version for a couple of weeks (with Lifextender)

I've recently upgraded to th normal version of SA, and registered it, but now whenever I try to scan for commercials with Lifextender, SA seems to bomb out with the following the logfile in the SA directory

Lifextender will de-comercialize programs using comskip without issues,and SA will successfully process the shows if I do it manually from within SA.

I've tried uninstalling SA and Lifextender, removed the "HKLM\Software\Dragon Global\ShowAnalyzer" key from the registry, renstalled lifextender, SA and re-registered SA.

still no good.

any ideas pleae?

PS. i'm running vista ultimate 32bit

I have no suggestions, but this product works fine with my Lifextender product. I thought it wasn't working briefly, but appears the shows in question were blacklisted by Lifextender and it processed the next shows.
