ShowAnalyzer + Vista x64 = no .xml

I just purchased ShowAnalyzer for my DVRMStoolbox setup. I currently have everything set up correctly, but I'm having a problem with SA outputting content into the .xml file.

The file itself gets created in the proper location (C:\Users\Public\DVRMStoolbox\CommercialXML)

but this is the only thing written to the file: <root />

I've checked to make sure the program is registered, and the output settings are set to "create at beginning" and set to the proper directory.

Does this have anything to do with the computer being x64?

it would probably help if i scanned a show that had commercials in it...

Does schoolhouse work for you? Crashes on me... Vista 64

school house is running great for me.. i don't really know how to use it though.

crashes for me when i try to change any of the field values.
