Don't buy this program until there is documentation!

I made the mistake of paying up front and I cannot get it to work. There is no documentation on how to tweak the settings to improve your results. School House looks like it is a great tool, but there is zero documentation so it is very difficult to figure out how to use it. There have been posts on this forum for over TWO years asking for help and documentation, Jere even said he would put something together more than a year ago and still nothing. I am sure this is a great program, but I haven't been happy with it, since I cannot get it to work correctly. I am going to give Comskip a try and see if that is any better. This thread will likely be deleted, but I saw that the price was being raised to $29.95 and wanted to warn anyone who hadn't paid yet that you get no help and have to figure out everything on your own.
