Newbie needs HELP!!! SA did a horrible job with "24"

Hello all,
i hope this is the place for this and that someone can help. i am a newbie using the DVRMSToolbox with the registered version of SA. i let SA do it's job on the 2 hour premier of "24" and then sat down to watch it. i was really dismayyed on how bad the commercial skipping was that i had to turn off the auto skip and go back to using my media centers 30 second skip button again. SA consistently was off on every break during the show. it would start to skip commercials before the break even started (i would say on average it started the skip about 30 to 50 seconds before the break started) and when it came back it would come back in the middle of a commercial and still have another 1 to 2 commercials after that then the show would start or sometimes it would come back after the break had ended and was in the middle of the show. some details that may or may not help:

i am in the USA
i was taping "24" on digital cable (Time Warner)
it was an HD show

i thought i read somewhere that SA had problems with HD content, not sure if that is true.

can anyone help a newbie??
