Default One line xml files

I am running SA with DVRMS Toolbox on a Vista 64-bit HP. I am attempting to analyze HD recordings. All of my xml files consist of these entries:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
- <root>
<commercial start="3608.338067" end="3608.371433" />
</root>
The start= and end= numbers are different, but only one set exists for any recorded program. Can anyone help me?

Even though there has been no help for this item, I would like to provide additional info (just in case). I ran the following:
Enable ShowAnalyzer on Premium 64bit using DVRMSToolboxTable of contents
No headers
Compiled solution found from DVRMSToolbox forum, as well as a custom comskip.exe proxy app (binary & source) until ShowAnalyzer is fixing the issue by releasing a Vista 64 version.

Download and Install DVRMSToolbox: Browse by Tags - andy vt's tools & blog
Follow the solution outlined @ 1.2.0.9 - 1.2.1.0 Vista x64 Not Responding FIXED - andy vt's tools & blog, you can download this, and rename

The following results were obtained:
Run C:\Program Files (x86)\DVRMSToolbox\Applications\comskip.exe "C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV\Burn Notice_USAHD_26_01_2009_23_03_01.dvr-ms" "C:\Users\Public\DvrmsToolbox\CommercialsXml"

Finished Commercial Detectection
No commercials found
Action did not complete successfully

This happens for virtually every file I run.

I wonder if it isn't finding any commercials or if it is erroring out.

Can you start a manual instance of ShowAnalyzer on a show and see if it works its way thought the entire file?

That is most unusual. Would you be willing to send me a typical file? Maybe I can suggest some modifications to the settings.
