Problems with CBS channels

Showanalyzer has worked really well for me except most of the time it places commercial markers eratically on shows recorded on CBS. I am able to receive stations from two different towns and get the same results. Both of these stations put their logo in the upper right hand corner of the screen and I thought that perhaps this may be the problem. Sometimes if I run Comskip on these shows, it works fine. Overall, Showanalyzer works a lot better for me than Comskip, which has it's own problems. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I thought that I would post a follow-up in case anyone else has this problem. I set the preselector to manual and the threshold to 0 and this seems to work better for me. I get my TV over the air. NBC, ABC, and Fox work near 100%. I don't know if adjusting this setting works better, but now even with my CBS programs, detection is very good. It seems to average about 1 bad detection on a 1 hour program, but am very satisfied with these results. Some CBS programs still work very poorly with the program. I don't know if it is something that the network is doing different, or my local stations(I receive 2 CBS stations). I adjust the SPCS to 10 for shorter ads and works well, but didn't notice a whole lot of difference in changing the other settings much. If anyone has any experiences with CBS good or bad, your replies would be greatly appreciated.
