SA process quits immediately

I just reinstalled Sage on WHS and am trying to get SA and DirMon running on the server as well... but I can't.

SA just won't go. If I try to load an mpg file, it opens, says "initializing..." then quits. The log file returns this:

21:13:02(0) IsValid: 0 ShouldBeProcessed: 1

I can't figure out what's going on. Is there something I am doing wrong? It works fine on another machine.
