ShowAnalyzer "has stopped working" windows vista 32bit

I have tried this with Lifextender and directly. I have un-installed and re-installed. I am using version 0.9.7.290 with multiple different dvr-ms files from my windows media center. Any idea what is going on here?

Any idea what changed between when it was working and now?

I am sorry I was not as clear as I should have been. That statement is from the error message I get when ShowAnalyzer is running. I just started using this commercial removal app and it has had this error randomly since. Again I have seen the error when using both tools.
