Licenced User, ShowAnalyzer reports-The trial has expired. when run from Dirmon2/SJQ

I have a licence key and have registered ShowAnalyzer. The About in "Configure ShowAnalyzer" reports:

ShowAnalyzer - Version 0.9.7.290

Registered to: William Hart.

Currently running in Registered Normal Mode.

When I run ShowAnalyzer from the Start Menu everything runs fine. When I run from a command window using command line parameters, everything runs fine. When I run from SJQ or DirMon2 the log shows:

07:33:06(0) The trial has expired.

running on Vista x64 - was working intermittently at first but would randomly stop working while unattended. Now no matter what I have tried it will give the exipired log message. Have uninstalled/reinstalled and tried all I can think of, you suggestions would be welcome.

Do you have DirMon running as a service?

Is it possible that showanalyzer is installed in two locations and dirmon is using one and the ui is checking another?
