Registration Key...not yet received

After using ShowAnalyzer for a couple of days, I decided that the product was good enough that I wanted to register.

I did so nearly a week ago, via paypal and haven't yet received my key, even though the registration process says it will be generated immediately. I've also emailed these two addresses hoping somebody would answer 'ShowAnalyzer@gmail.com'; 'jere.jones@gmail.com'

I'm getting pretty close to the end of the initial "trial licence" that is automatically installed and I'm getting pretty antsy, especially since I can't generate a trial key, since the php spits out a 404 message.

How Do I get hold of somebody to get my licence/registration key or at the very least generate a trial key to hold me over (for a little while longer)

Other people need to be warned about this. It has now been (Sunday AM -> Wednesday PM) 3.5 days and no key has been received.

That's a problem, and the web page says the key should be sent to me either immediately or within 12 hours. So far, no key, and I've lost $19.95.

I believe the thread warning them that you didn't get your key did that.

The more the merrier. Key registrations need to STOP until this is fixed so others don't lose more money.

It's sad, b/c this is one of only 2 good commercial skip utilities.

Well, there is zero risk of money loss here. All of the payment methods that are currently in use here will allow charge backs. In fact, some, like paypal are all too happy to give you your money back. (Even when they shouldn't).

I wouldn't worry about losing money. That simply can't happen.

I do agree that if Jere isn't going to process payments, then he should stop collecting money. If I were you, I'd wait until Monday at the latest. After that, I'd do a chargeback and donate to Comskip instead.

You have to put in an email request from your Paypal account. Once you find the right page on the site, it is fairly simple. I think you first need to put in a problem report or something along those lines. (They have a term for it)
