Cannot start/install dirmon2 service

Hello,
I am trying to get ShowAnalyzer and Dirmon2 working with Beyond TV. I followed the guide linked in the earlier thread, but when I try to start or install the service, nothing happens. I think I have everything set up correctly. When I create the BeyondTV job, I press validate and it says there are no errors.

I am attaching a screenshot of my global settings page.

What OS are you running? If it is Vista then be sure to launch DirMon2 as Administrator (right click on the shortcut - select 'Run as administrator').

You can set it to always run as administrator by right clicking on the DirMon2 icon, select properties, select Advanced, check Run as administrator, and click OK.
